Nope, its supposed to be at the end of the month. Plus, hopefully my injectors will come in time. Without the injectors, i can't use the hondata coz its setup for 440cc. Sabar sleeper ..... sabar.... Razz

Nda apa lah smokey, kalau kana cabar, mengalah saja. Aku nda jua brapa pandai launching, malas tah ku kan burn rubber. Mun mood ku baik barangkali ku layan, mun mood ku ala ala kadar, sia sia pun ja kan challenge aku. Balik saja ku rumah kali dengan keta ku hahaha. Car ain't design for drag anyway, i just want it to be fun saja. If everything goes well, the car will be in acceptable condition by this saturday afternoon. I can't make it for saturday afternoon dyno check, maybe next week. I just received news that i can collect all my parts this Saturday hehehe...

Coilover saja nda ku terpasang sal nda beduit lagi. Overspent lah lagi... sapa mau sponsor aku beli tayar baru dua biji, 4 KYB gas absorbers ahhh? Laughing

Sia sia pun mun kau kan jual arah ku hahaha. Simpan saja buat pusaaakaa :p

Seri Melati Workshop mahal tu yooo for honda. Paling murah KYB plang nie, for honda is 80 per pc but they normally sell in a set. Di bandar I heard it was cheaper plang but i don't have the time to go yet and also money hehehe. Kapisan udah ku ne time ani..

For sure it'll be KYB but its either gonna be the normal gas shocks or adjustable dampening superstreet shocks. Not sure yet, depend on budget lah. So it'll still be tingkai until further notice hahahha

Yo paul regarding the brake conversion on your ride, where did you do it?

Do you find the parts and just ask the workshop to do it or do the workshop find suitable part to fit it to your ride?

Been interested in the rear brake conversion on my ride. I have found the rear brake set but it's in K.L selling for US100 so still having second toughts.

Re: Paul's Ride

Post by paul on Sun Jun 28, 2009 9:54 pm

Here's the verdict.

Yesterday morning i picked up my Precision 440cc injectors and Hondata S300 ecu from http://www.jdmjunkies-bn.com/ in bandar. When i reached back home, i immediately installed the S300 hondata ECU with stock injectors and it was actually 100 times better at controlling fuel compared to my previous stock P30 ecu. So i spent the whole night from 10pm to 12am installing the Precision injectors. As expected, the Precision injectors have some fitment issues unlike the ones from RC injectors which fits nicely on the stock fuel rails. The injectors seals at the rails side were torn twice (due to different size i suspect) so i had to replace them with my stock spares. But i don't like how it sits at the moment and will replace them with my RC's once it arrives.

So i had a test run on with the hondata S300 and 440cc injectors and it is stable for a preloaded basemap ONLY!!. I only pressed 70% max on throttle and 7000rpm shift, damn, hehehe. I can't wait till its fully tuned... I'll post up some pics once i have the time.

Apparently during my test drive, i went to seria and since it was saturday night, i went off to see the illegal drag race ( i didn't join lah ofcourse, i'm just spectating). During my run away from the men in white, s15 was behind me pressing it so i just pressed a little and ofcourse i lost but seems like the difference in speed wasn't much hehe...

Thanks Ez, atleast now i can drive it sensibly without worrying much on the throttle. Suspension works is next followed by interior. But its gonna be slow after this..
