Oh yeah, i forgot one thing. Whatever numbers i quoted above are at the wheels. You can calculate how much engine horsepower i have from there.

Nope, i haven't installed the avc-r yet. Basically they adjusted at the wastegate pressure to increase boost by +0.1 bar from stock 0.5 bar. Yes it does have a filter (wire gauze mesh) designed by Paul Mumong Motorsports hahaha.

The D15b vtec turbo makes more power than i do that i can assure you. Out of respect for the owner, i cannot reveal his HP coz thats pretty much agreed with jdmjunkies. Sorry bro. Internals all work from top to bottom, its one monster, that i can tell you.

Hopefully by the end of the year i'll be getting this bottom block parts. All are eagle parts made of forged materials.

Haha, don't worry, there won't be any big chunks of rocks because of double layer aluminium hehe. The only thing i'm owrried about the the fact that my work place is sandy so I had to resort to using some sponge material to cover the intake on the aluminium wire gauze (temporary i guess).

I thought the vios model comes without a return fuel system. Won't installing a bigger fuel pump cause any overpressuring? Ofcourse the ECU is controlling the pump rate but i don't know much about the vios system so don't take my concerns so seriously.

Whats your target boost level? What horsepower is desired? If you are aiming for the maximum horsepower that you can get at the maximum boost that you can run, ofcourse a thicker headgasket would be advisable. But to be honest, since the head is coming off due to changing the headgasket, i would invest on a piston instead of a headgasket BUT it is up to you lah. Ofcourse the headgasket would lower compression for you to run more boost but does NOT increase its durability any more than in stock form.

Ofcourse reliability will all depend on the tuner itself.

actually in Malaysia they just upgraded their vios to walbro 255L/h to support their intake and exhaust but in my case i need them to support my fueling for the turbo setup.

Not sure about boost maybe around around 0.5bar and around 150whp haha i know thats ur stock vtec power hehe

well i cant afford to get new pistons so i go for the cheapest route, need to get my self a 2zz injector 2nd would be cheaper or my next alternative is the 330cc bosch injector from ebay around $400

If 0.5 bar, can't Ohura tune it reliably kah? My tuner managed to get me 0.6 bar at 10.4:1 compression and it spools really quick. You might get more whp at 0.5 bar with VVT-i lagi. Don't worry, its good that you set your mind at 150whp, more is a plus.

Make sure your injector matches your resistance and that it fits perfectly onto the fuel rails. Sometime aftermarket injectors don't sit nicely on the rails. And make sure the injector connectors on your stock engine can fit onto injector terminals.

Other than that, good luck with the project.

Thanks blackvios, next year project would be more interesting hehe. As i said initially, 280 at the engine is what i targetted last time reliably. And I managed to get 286 hp at the engine hehe. Next year it'll be atleast 280whp. Then probably i'll settle down because i'm sure next year project would be more than enough and that's the end of the power for that chasis. Stay tune...

Power is linear, how i liked it to be, ofcourse low end torque is crazy and vtec is at 6000rpm which carries the power upmore .Definitely menarais plang hehe. I attached the video, sorry its tilted. Ntah napa tia camera handphone ku miatu.

The turbo kit comes internally wastegated. They adjusted the wastegate pressure to achieve 0.6 bar.
